Recent Environmental Paper

I recently wrote a short paper with a power point presentation about the Tampa Bay Desalination Plant. The Tampa Bay Desalination plant is located next to the Big Bend Power Generation Plant in Apollo Beach, FL. At full capacity the Tampa Desal plant can produce up to 25 MGD of water to Tampa Bay. My Paper touched on the environmental impact and the environmental benefits of the desalination plant.

The Tampa Plant uses SWRO which stands for Salt Water Reverse Osmosis. Below is a diagram on how the process works.
